Hey guys I know this is mainly a male forum maybe not by choice but that's how things go with wrenching and riding but where are our respected ladies? And as long as I have your attention can you show some pictures of your bikes too.

I remember Monki.

Haven't seen her in a while. Looks like she last logged on Feb 16, 2009.

Don't forget MurielMN (I think Muriel is the bike, but I keep forgetting to ask.) You'll meet Julie on the Spring Ride, if we can get her bike going.

I'm here! We just bought a trailer and it just so happens it has Honda stickers on it. Just need to take all the racing stickers off the back of it and clean out the inside. He said his son and him used to ride but his son took of to Denver and all his son does is smoke pot and go snowboarding. He was mad at his son and put the trailer up for sale. I told my husband get some cash and get there before they make up!!! Stole this trailer for $1,500. My husband is going to look for a Goldwing tomorrow to haul in it!
I've been in the turbo part of the forum for the last two days. I simply have to have one. 500 or 650, don't care, I'm getting one someday. I can't remember how to post a pic though. Do I need to uset the [img] code?

He said it will haul 4 to 5 motorcycles. We can camp in it, it has electric, a place for a/c etc. I'ts not quite the toy hauler of my dreams but for the price it's a good deal. We already have a travel trailer but we only have one truck so I may have to rough it and throw a mattress in this.
I think I'll let him haul his Harley in it LOL!

We now own an 82 Goldwing. Only 32,000 miles on it. Need to go look for the old shoebox full of cassette tapes!

I just got an email from Monki and it seems the reason she hasn't been around is because someone stole her bike Grover. She informed me that she is still riding an 82 magna so maybe we'll see her around.

Okay, she's not part of this forum or a motorcycle owner but in her words, "I'm strong and brown and handy to have around." She's also quite handy with a pan and a jar of curry. Here she is helping me sell a CX500.

That is one sweet divine young looking lady I see there!
On the earlier posts, I am also going to get myself a trailer but I'm aiming for one 18-21' long, I have two old trailers, one is a 21' tongue hitch travel trailer, its just for storage now, the other is a 27' Winnebago 5th wheeler but it needs a lot of work, I want to build a bike shop in the rear with a ramp, it would work though. My truck is a 2002 Silverado Dually so it can most definitely haul it.

Not all gals like to talk or repair bikes but if they ride with you be happy, as in our club in Edmonton Alberta we are short abunch of girls that ride. And remeber we may have left them out to often when we ride together ,it is hard to bring intrest back onceit is gone.

Hey guys, I'm a woman who enjoys this forum...just haven't been around a while...with all the cold weather going on bike forums just kind of makes me depressed about not being able to ride. Come on spring! On a side note, I plan on doing a semi-major teardown this spring/summer on the cx. There are some things to do to it I've been putting off for too long so once the weather warms up it's time to tackle them. At least I have the suzuki to ride while the CX is down.

With all these cool babes, girlfriends, and wives that ride, it certainly makes me realize I'm missing out. Time for some changes!
I forget her name (both real & on the forum), but there's also that girl from California that came here without having a ride, learned some things, picked up a GL500, then ended up having another bike or two not long after that. She felt riding the GL500 was intimidating to learn to ride, and I'm pretty sure she was new to bikes. A bunch of us were helping her out with various repairs & giving encouragement. She might still be around - I know I have been absent for a bit.

quoting "Lambykin": I forget her name (both real & on the forum), but there's also that girl from California that came here without having a ride, learned some things, picked up a GL500, then ended up having another bike or two not long after that. That would be me! It got rainy around here so I haven't been able to do much with my bike the last couple months except take it out on the occasional weekend. We get terrible fog around here this time of year so I don't ride it to work as much yet - hopefully next month that'll clear up and I can start giving it the lovin' it deserves. :) It's amazing what a few miles' experience will do - I also got a GL650 seat which doesn't hurt my inner legs as much as the squared GL500 seat did and seems lower. Balancing issues no longer seem what they once were. :)
Still have that other bike (the CX) although it's currently in the possession of the boytoy. At the moment it's his only ride, despite not being tagged (we'd would need over $400 to get it registered because of backtags, any ideas how to get around that?!).
The women are still here! Some of us just went into hibernation for the winter. ;) Worry not, I'll definitely be back in force asking questions once we get more than 2 consecutive days of good weather!
