650 head gaskets

Is Dan still selling hi-performance head gaskets?

I am going to need to get into my GL650 soon and would rather use the better gaskets I remember he had for the turbos.

As is the case for the CX500Turbo and its naturally aspirated brothers, there are differences in the coolant drillings through their respective head gaskets (and there are other differences, too).   So, be warned that the 650 Turbo gaskets will probably differ from what is used on the naturally aspirated 650 as well.

Well, bummer.

Dan e-mailed me and implied there was a differance, but didn't say. I email him back, but haven't heard from him yet...

Well, I have a spare naturally aspirated head.

Does anyone have a used CX650 turbo head gasket they could send me and I will match it up?

Panther, The CX500T's inner headbolts are 8mm, whereas the other CX500 inner headbolts are 6mm, so that's 2 different hole diameters.  There is one extra coolant circulation hole near the exhaust port for the 500 turbo.

I haven't got access to the two 650 versions you're talking about, but they may only differ in the latter of the two statements above - I would think both head versions would have 8mm inner headbolts.
