Bob, You appear to have locked your topic about power intermittency so that no one can reply.

Try a new main 30amp fuse - NEW.

ACK! What the smell? How did it get locked?

Anyhoo thanks for the reply! The main 30 amp fuse is just a link isn't it? I used to have a ghetto fuse holder in place of that but it melted and I went back to a stock one I found in the box...

When can I get said fuse? What makes it fail intermittently? I'm also assuming since it resets the clock the it must be either direct power or ground...

Thanks again... I'll check it out soon... it's snowing AGAIN right now...

Bob, The metal that those fuses are made of, slowly crystalises with age and vibration, and they end up looking alright until you give them a poke, and - bingo - it is not a continuous piece of metal.   You're not the first - by any means - to be caught by that fuse crystalising.   It also happens to the ribbon-element inside the tubular glass fuses, too.
