CX650T & CX500T, Same fork brace sizes?

Marzocci has a fork brace for the CX650T, I was wondering if they were the same diameter and width as CX500T.

That sounds a little strange..... is it meant to replace the factory one? I didn't realize that the factory brace was inadequate.... If it bolts onto the same 4 holes that the stock one does, the answer would be no, because the 500 forks do not have the tabs cast into the tops of the sliders.

I believe that it's "Tarozzi," and it's a great question. CX500 Turbo, and CB650C share the same size & diameter, along with a few others. Don't know about 650 Turbo & 500 Turbo.
Two CX500 Turbos, GL650I, CX650C, CX650E.
Why do I own five bikes? Because I'm not married. DUH! (and I haven't taken a vacation in two years. . . . )

Please post a picture of your 650T, it'll be interesting to see how you're running without a brace. Or are you running it with a 500T fender that has the arched steel brace hidden under it?

Maybe he is using a 500 front end on his 650....... If that were true, then a 500T fork brace would work on both. Anyhow, the metal reinforcement inside the 500's front fender seems to be about as worthless as a brace as the equivalent part inside the GL500 Silverwing fender....it flexes pretty easily. A photo would definitely help in figuring out the situation.

Where do you guys come from?????? The 650T front forks have a factory brace across the forks above the fender. It's got four mounting bolts-two in each fork leg. This isn't rocket science!!!! EVERY 650T WITH 650T FRONT FORKS HAVE ONE........

Pete is entirely correct.
The cx500 TC DOES NOT have a factory brace.
The CX650 T HAS a factory brace.
Any other configurations are not original.
If its a Tarozzi as Tim says its a system that clamps around the forks and is again not original.

I think the confusion may be stemming from an E-bay listing. I've been looking at the Tarozzi for my 500 turbo.
It's listed as a CX650T brace, but it clamps to the fork legs right below the wipers, so I figured that it would fit.
Two CX500 Turbos, GL650I, CX650C, CX650E.
Why do I own five bikes? Because I'm not married. DUH! (and I haven't taken a vacation in two years. . . . )
