Hi Guys, I'm a newbie to your group and hope you can help me out here in the UK.
I am looking for the chrome headlamp ring (the one where the beam adjuster screws go through) to complete the rebuild of my bike. This is the last bit I need.
I am more than willing to pay postage from anywhere to the UK.
Only mine has rusted through and the screws pull through, and the lugs that you need to bolt in onto the cowling are missing and am using 2" wide insulation tape to hold it on at present, it is the one that fits the plastic cowling on the ABZ range and is very early 80's (V reg in the UK).

In the UK the CX500s are usually known by the their letter designations, in the US they are more often called out by their model name, hence the communication confusion. The Brits knew what he was asking for.
Like Shep sez, "You say tomato, I say pavement . . ." ???????????
Thanks for that RichNCT, sorry but us Brits just have CX500's, Silverwings or "Dung Beetles" "Hungry Hippo's"depending on the model or your experience of them.
This young...ish lady just has a bog standard CX500 of the early 80's that needs the chrome headlamp ring.
