I tried a few searches but have come up empty... My Turbo, Fuel gage will show full when the tank is full, but after a burn a gallon or so it jsut drops to empty. Anyone seen this and fixed it?

You need to pull the sending unit from the tank and then clean the coil and sweeper tab. You may need to gently bend the sweeper tab a bit for good contact against the coil.

If that doesn't cure the problem, your float may have lost buoyancy. That one drove me crazy on the 500T. A full tank showed about 1/8. Pulled the sending unit and worked great while moving it manually. Put the float/arm in a bucket of water and it floated strongly at the top. Reinstalled with a full tank of gas and it registers almost empty.
Eventually I removed the plastic float from the arm and dropped in a bucket of gas...it sank about halfway down and just sorta hovered there!

Floats not sold separately from Honda and the sending unit is no longer available. I bought a similar size carburetor float from the performace aisle at Autozone. It was the metal type with tabs on it. The tabs fit the arm perfect but I had to use the spring out of a ball point pen between the tab and retaining clip to hold the float in place....at least I think that's what I did, it's been many years.
Gauge has worked perfect ever since. I saved the float number from the package but unfortunately it got lost somewhere over the years.

Thanks guys, I'll give these steps a try and report back when I figure out what the root cause is.
