I've been looking for the same items for my bike.  Almost bought a bike to get them and then would have sold the bike minus them...

I have a pair of Hondaline engine guards (crash bars) I was planning on listing on fleabay this very week.  The chrome is OK looking from ten feet away but gets worse as you get closer.  These bars will fetch $50.00 no question at auction, plus shipping.  Make me an offer I can't refuse.  I also am parting out a 1966 MGB for anyone interested.

Hey Phil, I think I will pass at this point as they probably wouldn't fit the rest of the scheme of the bike...unless there is a way to refinish them...

Hi Rich, you mentioned you had a bike you are parting out. Do you happen to still have the original rear seat back bar (low sissy bar) or the lid for the document bin? I could really use those items. I am also thinking of replacing the side covers, they are OK as is except some of the mounting tabs are getting pretty brittle so it is only a matter of time before they break.

Jim,  I have the document cover, without the lockset.  No rear sissy bar or seat.  One side cover with a broken tab (I have the tab piece).  motorcycleguy DOT rich AT gmail DOT com

I think that almost all of the side covers have tabs that break off with age. I don't know if the tabs just get brittle, the rubber grommets get hard or if it is a combination of both but they do seem to all break.

Still have those crashbars? For some reason, mine didn't come with any. Also, the only turn signal mount that isn't broken is the back right one.

Dan, I just bought and installed front turn signal stems that I bought from JC Whitney. They look just like the stock ones but the center hole for the wires are a bit smaller. I managed to fish the wires through them using dental floss but I had to take off the plastic wire tube first and then put the wires back into the plastic tubing afterward. I didn't do the back, the previous owner of my CX650 had already switched the rear turn signals to a smaller type that hard bolts to the frame mounting hole. I want to get the original rear turn signals and stems but it is a little farther down my list of priorities right now.
