Here is the 78 tank I have for sale. It includes the pad. A little wirewheel and sandpaper should clean it right up. Cap seals great and the cover-cap locks. It has a small round dent just above the "H" on the left side. See pictures of it here

I may need a spare tank while I paint my original.  I wouldn't need the cover or the cap.  Any idea what the shipping would be to Minneapolis?
