Does anyone know off hand the size of the
neck bearings? Looking to order a springer front end and need to know if I'm looking at the right one.

I too am interested in the size of bearings and the steerer stem. I checked at Sudco's site and the upper bearing is listed as 26mm x 48.5mm x 15.2mm the lower is listed at 30mm x 50mm x 14.4mm. That's inner, outer, and height. Sudco's # for the tapered bearings is SSH-750 all except turbo. Check out Sudco to make double sure.
