Darn, I lost then one on the left side today and the right side is going to go soon.  Any ideas on how to repair/replace these?

It's a pretty serious design flaw, those tabs just aren't strong enough.

Other than boiling out the tank, and welding on stronger tabs, (prior to breaking) you might be able to reinforce them with a thin steel plate and JB weld, but it would be a stop-gap measure at best.  Once they are broken, you're pretty screwed.

The same problem exists with the very similiar CX "EuroSports" models.   A couple of years ago someone wrote up a repair they did, it was nothing fancy,  I believe it was soldering on a home made tab.  A bit less involved than welding unless you have some bodywork welding equipment.  Alternatively, it should be able to be welded by a competent body man without ruining the paint beyond where it's covered by the wrap-around seat I would think.  Also, a radiator repair shop would have the skills to do a repair I would expect.
